About the event
Join us for a dialogue between mature and emerging choreographers, Norma Araiza, Newton Moraes, Andrea Rojas, Alexander Herrera, Sofia Ontiveros, an intergenerational encounter. We will discuss the experiences and challenges of the now and then of the choreographic practice as BIPOC artists in Toronto.
We will have reflections about the choreographic practice but also of producing and navigating as LatinX choreographer and dancers in Canada.
The panel will start with the conversation between the artists and then we will open to the audience.
